Great news for all of our Toto trade customers!  Toto has decided to implement an Internet Minimum Advertised Price (IMAP) Policy for Toto Washlet and Neorest Suite Products!

As of March 1 2012, no TOTO Washlet or Neorest Suite products may be advertised on the Internet at discounts greater than the following:

• Washlets: 40% off the list price at the time of the advertisement.
  
• Neorest Suites Products: 30% off the list price in effect at the time of the advertisement.

Hopefully this will allow all of our trade customers to be able to compete with the internet pricing and maintain some profitability selling these premium Toto products.  Also as a reminder, if you are by chance selling these Toto products online, you are required to adhere to Toto's IMAP policy. 

As I am sure many of you will agree that this is a terrific first step by Toto!  We would also like to thank all of our customers who have given us feedback in the past over the internet pricing.  We pass on your comments whenever we can and they do make a difference.  We appreciate your support!

Blanco has issued a price increase effective February 1, 2012.  You can download the new pricing file in our downloads section.  Additionally, you can also download the new Jado / Porcher price file which is already in effect.  Please be sure to check back here regularly for price increases!

Happy New Year everyone!  With the New Year comes new pricing from our manufacturing partners.  (Isn't it nice they always think of us this time of year?!) 

New 2012 American Standard Pricing goes into effect January 15, 2012. 

New 2012 Toto Pricing goes into effect March 1, 2012. 

While we don't have the individual Toto specifics yet, the Toto Announcement below shows the approximate % of the increase.
