While the official Toto price increase is not expected until March 1st, Toto has made an immediate change to the pricing on their Neorest & Washlet products.  Effective immediately (Feb 1, 2011), these items will now be sold at special net pricing.  These nets no longer correlate to a multiplier.  While the 2011 List prices of Neorests will actually remain the same, there will be an actual net price increase to all Neorests.  Additionally, the 2011 List prices of Washlets will actually decrease significantly, but there will be an actual net price increase to all Washlets.  There is unfortunately nothing we can do about this, this is the way Toto has decided to go to market.  As one of our valued customers, we urge you to please check with us on your new net pricing prior to quoting customers.  Also, please be careful quoting customers off list (especially on Washlets), as the list price is decreasing while your net cost is increasing, and there is no longer any correlation between the list and your net cost.  Update: The new Toto Washlet List prices, as well as the new 2011 Toto Pricing File are now posted in our downloads section.
