Great news for all of our Toto trade customers!  Toto has decided to implement an Internet Minimum Advertised Price (IMAP) Policy for Toto Washlet and Neorest Suite Products!

As of March 1 2012, no TOTO Washlet or Neorest Suite products may be advertised on the Internet at discounts greater than the following:

• Washlets: 40% off the list price at the time of the advertisement.
  
• Neorest Suites Products: 30% off the list price in effect at the time of the advertisement.

Hopefully this will allow all of our trade customers to be able to compete with the internet pricing and maintain some profitability selling these premium Toto products.  Also as a reminder, if you are by chance selling these Toto products online, you are required to adhere to Toto's IMAP policy. 

As I am sure many of you will agree that this is a terrific first step by Toto!  We would also like to thank all of our customers who have given us feedback in the past over the internet pricing.  We pass on your comments whenever we can and they do make a difference.  We appreciate your support!

Blanco has issued a price increase effective February 1, 2012.  You can download the new pricing file in our downloads section.  Additionally, you can also download the new Jado / Porcher price file which is already in effect.  Please be sure to check back here regularly for price increases!

We have updated our computer system with the latest 2012 American Standard prices.  Additionally, we have posted the new price file to our downloads section.  Please check here frequently and the downloads section for updates on manufacturer price increases.  Thank you!

New 2012 Toto Pricing goes into effect March 1, 2012. 

While we don't have the individual Toto specifics yet, the Toto Announcement below shows the approximate % of the increase.

We are excited to announce our newest location in Davie / Weston is now open!  We appreciate your patience!  We are still building some inventory there, but everything is coming along great!  The branch is being managed by Sherman whom you can still reach at x306 from any of the Next phone numbers (So if you are used to calling Sherman in Deerfield Beach, you can still get him at the same# and extension).  Feel free to give Sherman a call and harass him.  Feel free to also give Jon & Kerri a call...we don't want them to feel left out!  Better yet, stop on by to check out the place!  We should be able to provide better delivery service and convenient counter pick-up to our friends in Dade & West Broward.  We appreciate all of the support from our customers and vendors and will continue to make sure we can give the best customer service, locally stocked inventory, and competitive pricing in Florida.  Thank you!

Grohe has announced a mid-year price update effective August 1, 2011.  The new price update includes reduced prices on selected product lines including:

• Atrio Widesets, reduced 14%
• Geneva Widesets, reduced 17%
• Essence Low Spout Centerset, reduced 17%
• Heritage Laudylux kitchen pull-outs/pull-downs, reduced 13%
• Bridgeford kitchen pull-downs, reduced 10-15%
• K4 (all), reduced 10-15%
  

A ton of new products have also been introduced.  You can download the new prices and products in our downloads section.  Please note, these files only contain new products and those which have had price changes.  The remainder of the items in the Grohe line remain the same.
